Rachel Spencer:
Designer

Rachel joined us at the beginning of 2007 after successfully gaining a first-class BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Central Lancashire. While studying, Rachel did a placement at The Chase and worked on various projects for Marks & Spencer, Yorkshire Water and the Co-operative Bank. In addition to this Rachel also worked for Zoo Communications, Sydney, Australia where she gained valuable knowledge and a deeper understanding of communications. Rachel's creative flair and keen eye for detail coupled with her aptitude for design make her a valuable asset to the Forepoint family.

What is your role at Forepoint?

As a graphic designer I produce visual solutions to communicate messages for clients. I develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the objectives of the client. By using my own creative flair and working as part of a team we can achieve the best result.

What qualifications have you attained?

I have a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Central Lancashire.

How long have you been at Forepoint?

What is your best quality?

You could say one of my qualities has to be patience - which is needed when trying to find a solution as a designer. Another quality is my ability to adapt within a new environment.

What is your worst habit?

For once I am stuck for words - I think my friends would say that chance would be a fine thing! So you could say my worst habit is talking too much.

I am similar when it comes to films I have no particular preferences I like; Action packed movies, romances, comedies, horror (although I don't know how much of the horror I am actually watching with my eyes closed!)
