One such sector where the Forepoint solution has found a home from home is within the housing associations market.
October 2009 saw the successful launch of our 7th Housing Association solution, making us a formidable provider of Housing Association websites in the U.K. Our tailored solutions, extensive history and experience demonstrates that we meet most requirements from the outset, delivering and advising on new ideas and solutions on a client-by-client basis.
Our latest addition, the newly formed Plymouth Community Homes called upon our knowledge and experience of the housing association market in order to design and development their new website.
The result, www.plymouthcommunityhomes.co.uk, utilises a combination of both our stable CMS with a fitting contemporary design that represents a clear, informative and accessible tool for their customers to interface with.
The site, through design, highlights and adds focus to online tools that help residents resolve problems such as repair reporting, rent payments and comments, compliments and complaints – all of which have been streamlined for both the tenants and the staff at Plymouth Community Homes. The subtle reference to the Plymouth skyline is an ideal platform for the always present sitemap, allowing ease of access and order to the wealth of information available for residents.
Fantastic levels of communication between Forepoint and the team at Plymouth Community Homes allowed the smooth completion of this project to be delivered well within the original schedule – a testament to our experience in the housing sector!
